Fuel Economy
Great on gas on long trips
Cargo Space
tons of room for family and items
Interior Space
very unique and easy to work with
Cargo Space
A wonderful amount of space. Originally designed as the Opel Insignia Touring Wagon in Germany, this car has more space than my wife's small SUV.
Fuel Economy
My wagon got great gas mileage on the highway, usually in the low 30s. In-town driving usually was between 18-20.
Value
My wagon was the Essence trim (the highest level) and came loaded with tech and features for 2019. I highly recommend getting the last great American wagon if you can get your hands on it!
Cost to Maintain
Being a German care, that means parts are a little harder to come by. GM did "Buick-ify" some of the trim and infotainment, but the actual parts are all at a premium price.
Interior Space
more than enough room in the front seats and back. very comfortable ride.
Styling
never had a car that got so much attention. was selling my c-5 corvette, and people coming to look at it kept asking about my TourX.
Value
I find it comparable to a Volvo v60 or v90 for A WHOLE LOT LESS. I think the exterior is even more attractive than either of those.
Power
not the most get up and go, but at 56 years old, I can’t handle too fast.
Technology and Entertainment
since the latest year model you can get is a 2020, there’s 4+ years of new technology out there. Apple car play makes everything alright though.
Cabin Noise
not the quietest in the Highway, but sufficiently so. overall, I absolutely love the look and feel of the car.
Cabin Noise
Really quiet! BOSE sound system is GREAT!!!
Fuel Economy
I get ~ 33 MPG on the highway.
Cargo Space
LOVE the wagon-like space in the back. GREAT car for a trip!
Styling
Though "Buick" and "station wagon" bring up bad memories of the Century and the Roadmaster, the TourX is a much sleeker design in touch with the times, both inside and out.
Interior Space
In spite of its sleek exterior, the TourX has a large amount of interior space in both the front and rear seats. My car has the optional panoramic sunroof (extending behind the rear seat), but there is plenty of headroom and legroom in the rear seat.
Value
The TourX offers many of the core features of the Volvo V90 Cross Country wagon in an on-road oriented package that matches the Subaru Outback in price.
Styling
The TourX is not something for shy people. Considering how rare these are, a lot of people will ask you what it is.
Cabin Noise
quiet
Ride and Handling
outstanding handling & smooth ride
Cargo Space
plenty of room for everything
Ride and Handling
Great ride and the handling makes it fun to drive
Ride and Handling
Tires are causing me issues. If they aren’t inflated just right I will get a vibration so I will be switching out the Continentals
Dashboard
Radio programming isn’t working
Ride and Handling
Smooth and quick
Cargo Space
Tons of room for whatever you need to do!
Power
The turbo is quick and powerful! Very fun to drive!
Fuel Economy
The economy is fine. But it is equipped with the motor turn off at a stop feature for better fuel economy. This is the one and only thing I hated about this car! Luckily there is a work around for not too much money so don't let that deter you from the Buick Tour X!

Styling
I'm honestly surprised the amount of attention this car gets. You just don't see many on the road, and in a world of CUVs, it stands out in the crowd. The interior, while not too fancy, has a fairly sleek layout and isn't a bad place to spend some time during a road trip.
Interior Space
I'm a big, tall guy and have more than enough room in the driver seat. Even the back seats can comfortably fit adults regardless of how far back the front seats are.
Cargo Space
I mean, you probably wouldn't be looking at a wagon if this wasn't a consideration. A nice amount of storage space with the rear seats up, and downright cavernous with the rear seats folded flat.
Technology and Entertainment
I still have some warranty life to try to get this sorted by Buick, but the infotainment is glitchy, particularly in regards to phone connectivity. The bluetooth connection just seems to occasionally not work and Apple CarPlay tends to have momentary audio dropout issues. Reverse camera lines disappear sometimes too. Do some googling and you'll see that I'm not alone in this experience (although some people luck out and don't run into this). My understanding is that the earlier 2018 models (dubbed "red needle" by the TourX community due to the gauge cluster) don't tend to have these issues. That said I think the "white needle" looks a lot nicer and has a more modern UI, just need to get the kinks ironed out. Not a deal breaker IMO, but fixing it would make this a 5-star car for me.
