Power
310 horsepower provides power when you need it. From fast moving California freeway lane changes to mountain driving, there is plenty of power to meet demand.
Braking
Excellent braking and stopping power. Good engine horsepower must be paired with good brakes, and this XT5 has both.
Cons
Technology and Entertainment
Heated seats are not standard. Mirror adjustments aren't a feature. I had features in my 2008 Mercedes-Benz executive class that are not included in my 2019 XT5 Luxury model.

This car is by far my best vehicle purchase! It’s classy and luxurious. The Premium package has all the bells and whistles. I enjoy the remote start catering to the weather, if it’s cold out my seat and steering wheel warm up!

This car rides like a Cadillac! So smooth on the road. I’m really picky with my cars, this car feels like you’re coasting.
Interior Space
I travel for work and I have ample room for laptop bags and luggage without feeling crammed. I had downsized after my kids grew up. I was miserable in my Camaro, I missed the 4 door accessibility. The X5 has the 4 door and rear space to fill up with whatever I get myself into!

This is a deal breaker for me. I spend a lot of time in my vehicle. This is the first car in years that doesn't hurt my back.

The gear shift is my only issue with this vehicle. It can be tricky to use. The first time I went through a car wash, I couldn't get the car in neutral. They had to shut down the whole thing so I could figure it out.

always liked the body and style of this Cadillac Mid sized SUV. lots of luxury comforts and safety features. drives well. lots of room in front and back seats.. gas mileage decent.

gas saver feature when car stops at signal took a bit to get used to…. makes car shake a little as it starts back up but car worth it to me.
