Cost to Maintain
This is a really splendid electric car. We love driving a battery electric vehicle.
Value
This is such a good car for the price.
Fuel Economy
The only significant issue with this car, for us, is that the "DC fast charging" capability is slow. When we're just charging at home this doesn't matter; when we're charging on road trips it means longer stops. We would probably consider roadtrips up to 5 or 6 hours of driving, which would then have at least one hour-long stop for charging. That can be pleasant enough if we were going to eat in a restaurant anyway. We'd hesitate before taking significantly longer road trips
Interior Space
It's big enough for us and almost everything we do, but our 6'7" son just barely fits, and cargo space is limited.
Ride and Handling
I love the one pedal driving. It's like an infinite downshift. So not only are you driving slower in town automatically, but you can also attack curves like a sports car on winding roads. Also--excellent torque, like a motorcycle.
Visibility
The visibility out the back isn't so good. Yes, it has a back-up camera, but I don't like relying on that.
Braking
The regenerative braking is so great I never even have to use my brake pedal. This also helps to keep maintenance as low as possible. The only maintenance I have to do is a tire rotation every 7500 miles.
Power
Faster from 0-60 than 90% of vehicles on the road.
Technology and Entertainment
Comes with many features. Heated steering and seats are a standard on all trims. Wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charger and many other awesome features.
Weather Versatility
With it being a front wheel drive, the only issue I could see is heavy snow.
Technology and Entertainment
There is a lot to love about this great little car! it has all the bells and whistles in electronics - even Alexa integration. It is just perfect for in-town daily driving!
Fuel Economy
there is nothing wrong with the range once charged, but due to the slow charging, I would never try to do a road trip in mine unless I was in no hurry at all. The car is slow in charging compared to all the others that will pull into the charging station next to you. I decided to drive it to San Antonio (750 miles) and the down time to charge doubled the trip time.
