The headrests tilt forward so if you are someone the likes to sit upright you end up with your head pitched forward and down. They do raise up but that doesn't help. They can't be turned around or adjusted aside from up and down. They make the seat uncomfortable and I would not buy another one of these for this reason only.
Dashboard
The vents are in the dash horizontally at the top and because of the way they're set back you can't get air flow to your body. The dash is in the way of the air flow. The lowest contact point from the main vents is your neck or upper chest area. They should be vertical and located lower in the dash, like normal vents. The air from the side vents isn't strong enough to compensate.
