I previously had a 2011 X5 BMW....issues ALL the time! I started with a Ford Explorer, should have stayed with Ford! lesson learned

Technology and Entertainment
Speakers are HORRIBLE! Front speakers sound cracked. Took them back before my 90-day warranty expired and they STILL are cracked. Not sure if they were actually replaced when I bought the vehicle in to have the speakers replaced. Did not get any paperwork back as I normally do.

Power
This car gets up and goes. But has a great smooth ride. It is getting better mileage than I expected for all the power it offers.
Interior Space
Interior gives us easy access to everything from radio, heater and driving options, while being luxurious. The leather console is beautiful, and the interior design is comparable to luxury cars costing twice as much.
Seat Comfort
The seats are fabulously comfortable. I love the heater and I'm sure we will love the cooling feature too! The massage could be a little harder, but it is good too. Seat adjustments give us great visibility when driving, besides they are beautiful. And settings make it easy to switch between drivers.

it is fully loaded, with cooling & warming seat, heating steering wheel, navigation, changing lane warning, etc. It is just the best. I love it!
Cost to Maintain
I had vehicle for six months and it doesn't states oil change is needed yet. It is only 1/2 way toward oil changing. Love that it tells me when oil changing is needed.
Power
it is a 4 with ecoburst. Wasn't sure if I would like 4 because I have never has a 4. Last was a V-8 with power. So when I bought this explorer limited edition, I took it climbing in the mountains. It has climbing assist and it has the power. I was amazed.
