• Ride and Handling

  smooth ride great handling.

• Reliability

  Infiniti is one of the most reliable cars made by Nissan I have ever owned. I had two rears ended to my 2 car and it is safe like no other car. both time other cars got so much damage than my car.

• Interior Space

  7 seats with lots of spaces.

  reno car max customer service and service dpt is joke. my car came with a deep scratches in the back I was promised to fix that. when i went to get it fixed service dept. just removed the wrong touch up paint and said ohhh its hard to get right paint. so they left the scratches. I contacted the salesman and send him pictures, but nothing ever happened. so, they have great cars for sell but not good service.

Pros

• Cargo Space

  I was actually able to fit a couch in the back of this and close the hatch. the space inside of this vehicle is phenomenal.

• Seat Comfort

  My spouse and I both agree, this is more comfortable than a overstuffed lazy boy chair.

• Cost to Maintain

  We have owned 5 Mercedes. Very high cost for maintenance. We had our first oil change. When the tech told me 75.00 I asked, did you do the filters as well? The answer was yes. I said... and its only 75.00?

• Cabin Noise

  although the cabin noise is not bad. when you are on a long trip it's a little noisy but not bad. I'm assuming it's the roads in Florida that is not straight tar it's combined with shells which makes it a little noisy.

  I average 300 miles per full tank whether its city or highway its been great on fuel

  long rides are always a challenge butbit been comfortable especially having heated seats. easy to handle on the roads wet or dry.

  excellent get and go. Love the option to drive eco, sport and snow.

  not much cargo space for a large family of 8 when traveling with luggage or sports equipment better for a family of 4 -5

  I really like the color and body design of this. It's quite nice.

  The performance is sluggish and insufficient in terms of power.

• Cabin Noise

  I've noticed that there is a rather loud revving noise when the vehicle pulls off.

  Has three rows so it fits my kids and their friends comfortably

• Technology and Entertainment

  Sound system is terrible. Struggle every time to connect with my phone via ipod connection or bluetooth. literally have to pull over, come to complete stop and mess with it, connecting and reconnecting multiple times for it to actually work.

• Cost to Maintain

  really bummed out that less than 6months old and I am now having to spend $1600 to replace the struts and wheel bearing. Grinding noise every time i turn my steering wheel is nerve wracking and frustrating.
