Pros

• Interior Space

  Love the versatility of the interior space. We've hauled quite a bit in there and it's easy to lay down the back seats and/or take out the middle seats to get more space.

• Ride and Handling

  Rides and handles very smoothly, has power when it needs it.

• Styling

  People are regularly surprised it's a van because it looks so much like an SUV. If you're reluctant to lean into the mini-van mom persona, this is the van for you!

Cons

• Seat Comfort

  The very back seats are not the most comfortable back seats I've been in, but they are comfortable enough that even long drives aren't miserable. And they're fairly roomy which is nice. Even after having them serviced the middle seats are not the easiest to slide forward and backward and my young teens still have difficulty with moving them along the tracks.

• Dashboard

  After nearly 6 months I still don't understand everything about the dashboard and still need to look things up in the manual. I have a feeling the obvious THERE'S A PROBLEM icons would be self-explanatory and notable. There are just so many bells and whistles on this van that were not on my last (non-Kia) that I just don't know what everything means, or how to find it.

  it’s the “cutest” minivan out there. I love the colors, and the style.

  it beeps at me over EVERYTHING and it’s driving me a little nuts. the seatbelt beep doesn’t turn off for 8 minutes, there’s no warning ding to put it on, it starts within 30 seconds of driving and doesn’t stop (I understand it’s a good safety feature but it’s still annoying). it also beeps and dings if it feels like you get too close to the road lines, or if the lane is merging and you don’t put your blinker on soon enough, if the car in front of you brakes and you don’t (even if it’s WAY in front of you). I don’t know, they’re good safety features, but also overboard and annoying.

• Cabin Noise

  it goes in and out of blocking outside noise very well.

• Value

  the doors are delayed in opening and closing, it’s been a little while since I’ve owned a minivan, but this one is a little too slow in that regard and it’s a little annoying.
