Reliability

It's a Lexus, perhaps the most reliable vehicle available here. No issues whatsoever, save for mileage range.

Smooth, comfortable ride. Typical Lexus performance.

Cost to Maintain

Mileage range is well below expectations. At 100% charge, my max is 178 miles, down from 209. Lexus claims nothing wrong, refuses to acknowledge the issue.

Visibility

There is no rear wiper. Driving during rainstorms is precarious at best. Also no glove compartment.

Seat Comfort

Seats are upholstered in man-made suede; no option for leather.
