Long time MINI owner of various models over the years; this Untamed Edition Countryman is my first. The styling is unique and attractive. There is much more seating room than my prior MINIs. It is definitely a different ride with pros and cons to that statement. The interior and exterior lighting is wonderful!

It is a powerful vehicle and it handles well in sport mode.

Mini is considered a luxury car and the cost for simple routine maintenance can be costly. I recommend the extended warranty if you purchase one.

the acceleration is phenomenal. BMW put some real power into this Mini.

love the heads up delay and the infotainment. The circular design is really cool and intuitive.

Mini handles very well once the tires were replaced. Handles tight turns like a breeze.

the cargo space is really small, but what do you expect from a mini. Definitely not suitable for hauling a lot of stuff.
Fuel Economy
the car takes premium gasoline only. I am at the pump every week and a half and I only drive locally. fuel economy is terrible compared to my former Kia Soul.
Weather Versatility
I just chose this because I wanted to speak about the tires. they are terrible! They are run flat summer tires. They are loud! the grip is terrible especially in the rain! The tires will definitely have to be replaced if you buy a mini. I put All Season Continental on my Mini and the ride is amazing. for what you pay for this vehicle; BMW should do a lot better job with the factory tires.
