  The Murano is very comfortable and drives smoothly. This is my second time buying from Car Max and I came back because of the great experience I had with my first purchase. Nick worked patiently and listened carefully to my needs and personal preferences for the car I needed to buy. My purchase was a need specifically because of the damage to my previous car during the Helene hurricane. it was a satisfying experience again with Car Max. I recommend them anytime I’m asked about purchasing a car.

  engine is on but I couldn’t get an appointment for over a week. I couldn’t get them to just see what the diagnosis code was!?!? or happy with the non service and I have warranty with you!!!!

  Somehow, the Murano can sense if you are falling asleep and will notify you… INCREDIBLE!!!!

  I get between 22 and 26 regular driving miles per gallon, which while isn't awful, it isn't what I'd like to be getting from my commuter vehicle.
