There was on electronics glitch, acceleration lag when the engine was cold. Updated software seems to have helped.

I like that you don't pass one every 3rd truck on the road. The Midnight package is really striking and the front LED headlights look great.

They cost less than other trucks because they are less desirable. If you don't care to go along with the crowd you'll save some money.

No cameras on the SL trim line in 2019 is lame. You get a backup camera, that's it. the sightlines from the massive hood makes parking lot maneuvers nerve racking. My 5'4 wife - who had an Avalanche for a decade said she'd never drive this due to safety of seeing obstacles - OVER AN AVALANCHE!
Technology and Entertainment
The infotainment system and steering controls are a joke - confusing and not intuitive. Display screen on brightest setting is still too dim and washed out in daylight driving.
Cabin Noise
For a top level trim this truck is loud. Bumps are not absorbed and oddly the sounds of cars passing in the opposite direction at road speeds seem to whoosh loudly by. I hated how loud it was and it did not seem premium for that reason.
