  This Subaru Forester is a gem! I love most everything about it!! Rides great, handles well, comfortable seats, definitely roomy!! the Premium has just enough bells above basic that remains affordable. Overall Great value for the cost! I just love it!

  A definite con is the sound system. its a mediocre system. its great having all that it offers but sound-wise it falls into a "needs improvement " category which really surprised me from Subaru and it being a newer car.

• Cabin Noise

  Not exactly sound sealing in the cabin. It's fine though. Can Subaru improve on that, sure... but its not THAT bad... it's tolerable.

• Ride and Handling

  I did notice driving in the highway that this car is easier effectedcby winds than I had expected. then again, I was previously driving an 05 Chevy Trailblazer which is a beast so I'm not sure if that is a fair comparison.

  The car is in great condition and is very safe.

  The interior is very well laid out. Rear seats fold flat, grocery hooks are handy, attractive and pretty comfortable seats.

• Fuel Economy

  We average 33 to 35 mpg using standard (not sport) mode.

• Value

  If you don't need a plush ride or a speed monster this is a fine vehicle. Very practical and with the dark green paint, looks great.

  Visibility is perhaps too good. The windshield is so large that it lets in too much Arizona sun, especially for the passenger.

• Technology and Entertainment

  More electronic features and settings than I care to learn. If you are watching all this info on the dash then your eyes aren't where they should be. Very nice to have a CD player. Also the USB charging port is tucked away and somewhat difficult to access.

  It's not super quiet but acceptable.
