Weather Versatility
The all-wheel drive of a Subaru gives us confidence to drive in inclement weather.

After driving a 2.5 liter for 16 years, dropping down to a 2.0 liter was hard to get used to, but it's certainly not a deal breaker with this car.
Cabin Noise
This car is quite a bit louder than what we're used to. It almost sounds like a truck, but we feel it comes with the territory and it doesn't change the way we feel about the car.

Car Max sent the car to me with performance tires on it, which do not run well in snow. I put all season radicals on it, which improved the situation completely.

It's confusing because there are several measurements that I've not seen before having to do with fuel economy.

gets decent mileage. ~300-330 miles per tank, freeway/city driving. 400+ if you stick strictly to the freeway.

Rides pretty rough and a little loud for a newish car. The transmission is also pretty jerky, small input creates large acceleration.
