Tesla make great cars, I love mine, I am into EV and was really on their side, so should be easy to please right, but the experience has gone severely downhill since I needed to use Northampton Tesla (UK) for basic warranty issues. They lied about fixing the issues (something they regularly do according to Google reviews), damaged my car further, then after making all the apologies and promising to put it all right, the gibberish talking service manager now said they arent going to do any of it and without reason, even though it was agreed and booked in to be done. Shame on you Northampton Tesla, your service side needs some competent staff, and the service manager is offensively poor at her job. She doesn't understand that when all the same model car have the same visible easy to prove issue it is a blatant design fault, and that if they damage something they should put it right (they admitted it and promised they would too). New damage every time they have it, and the old issues left. This time some hazing on the paint, the service manager said they didn't touch it - well how did they clean the car without touching it, must be some kind of magic, maybe the same magic they use to check steering components, they drove it a bit and apparently that's enough to know, what an appalling way to conduct business - this is people's safety we are talking about too now. I have tried to raise this with Tesla UK, they don't even reply, not even to subject access requests, so they shall be reported to the data protection commissioner for that, I'm not putting up with it any more, I gave them the benefit of the doubt before, now I've had enough of being messed around. If they don't put this right, which it looks like they aren't going to do, I will persue it further and won't buy Tesla again, and shall make sure I let as many people know of my experience as possible, to save them the same fate. You can't trust their work or their word, they just take your money and the rest is smoke and mirrors! Seriously, be warned! BYD shall evertake Tesla within the next few years by the look of it, maybe that's where I shall go next with the rest of their cheesd off customers.

very unreliable and outdated parking system. I had a Mercedes before buying a Tesla. As high tech and “futuristic” as Tesla makes its cars sound like, the Tesla Vision park assist is highly unreliable and inaccurate. I am used to the 360 Birds Eye view that literally all luxury cars come with. but Tesla not only doesn’t offers that, they removed the more accurate ultrasonic systems from their newer cars! I thought this would not be much of a problem until I realized parking is an essential day to day part of driving and Tesla is far behind their competitors in that regard. unless they change this horrible system of theirs soon, I will not be renewing my lease with them.

Even though electricity is cheaper than gas, you end up paying more than what you save on increased car insurance premium.
