Interior Space
Going from a smaller sedan (Kia Optima) to the Highlander, I have more room than I hoped for.
Seat Comfort
I have to do a lot of driving, and the highlander makes it enjoyable.

I love the bluetooth/hands free features, it makes driving a lot less stressful.

Fuel Economy
I am getting used to the transmission, fully stopping with braking. It's not a con per se, but is a feature that I am acclimated to.

Lots of cargo space, nice interior, rides great, quiet at freeway speeds, and good gas mileage. Had driven pickups for 25 years, this was a great option.
