I live in the country and drive a lot of winding back roads, love how this vehicle maneuvers, and how well it responds.

it doesn't store very much and I wish it came with a roof rack which I will purchase

a little noisy but not bad
Pros
Fuel Economy
Gets incredible mileage for a non-hybrid. I can get over 42 MPG (and no I don’t drive in the slow lane) on the highway and consistently get around 32-35 MPG overall.
Styling
I think the VW Golf has a distinctive European small car look that is much more appealing that European and Asian compacts.
Ride and Handling
Even with its small engine it is responsive on the highway. Ride is smooth and quiet for a small car.
Cons
Technology and Entertainment
No Sirius XM radio.
Cargo Space
pretty small trunk. barely enough to fit all of your groceries if you shop for a whole week.
