  Little bit more noise than what I had before (2020 Nissan Sentra SV).

Pros

• Power

  There's certainly faster cars out there, but the kick of the turbo is fun and addictive.

• Cabin Noise

  Some don't like the 'fake' noise, but I for one love the Soundaktor fake engine rumble in the cabin on acceleration.

• Technology and Entertainment

  For the price, VW pumped some slick looking technology in this car! The setup is quite lovely! This car no doubt will turn you into a VW enthusiast!!!

Cons

• Ride and Handling

  By far the biggest con with these cars is the stock tires. The Hankook Kinergy GT's are mind blowingly awful. VW needs to issue a safety recall IMO.

• Cost to Maintain

  Do not listen to VW's recommendation of 10,000 mile intervals between oil changes. 5-6,000 miles is best for these vehicles. Also, treat the turbo right, use 91 or 93 octane. Not really a con, just throwing that out there that it's best to use premium gas for these incase that's a deal breaker for you.

• Dashboard

  The screen also uses movement sensitivity and can sometimes confuse your hand movements when you were just going to adjust the AC lol. A small annoyance.

  Mileage is reasonable for the size of engine and the way we drive.

  Clean layout, even though it is a "glass cockpit" the instruments are displayed as analog gauges.

• Ride and Handling

  Very European feel, enjoyable to drive, at least where the roads are decent.

  It's a little tight, but all cars are these days, this isn't the 1960's anymore...

  My wife complains that the seats are a little hard but I like them.

Pros

  2.0 TSi turbo engine, provides over 200 hp stock. this particular engine is designed for a mild to extreme engine build.

• Cargo Space

  VW has a very very large truck for its size. I had bought a piece of furniture the other day. lady at big lots that brought it out was shocked at how large the trunk was.

• Ride and Handling

  Oh yes the Wagen handles like a dream on corners. And is VW owners purposely look for a twisty road to feed the tires and feel the G force.

  Well this is my third Jetta, they all run 93 and beg for your foot on the gas pedal. maybe not the worst gas mileage, but hell if u want that go by a Prius
