The engine revs up ridiculously high before switching gears, which only worsens the already terrible fuel economy. I'm only averaging 17.5mpg COMINED city/highway. I'd expect that from something like an M6, but not a lowly 328i. If looking for a 328 I HIGHLY recommend a newer model that has an 8 speed automatic. I can't stress enough the awful fuel economy of this vehicle. If I could sell it back for near what I paid I would and buy a newer model instead.

The best driving experience of my life

I purchased a 2015 BMW 428xi hardtop convertible, and I've been loving it ever since. The car is fast, responsive, and has all the options I was looking for (heated seats/steering wheel, all-wheel drive, parking assist, and more). Having a hardtop convertible means the car is perfect for year-round use, and riding with the top down is the ultimate driving experience.

Love my BMW 535!

Terrible fuel economy. 6 speed auto is awful.

The 6 speed automatic on this model is not very good. The engine revs up ridiculously high before switching gears, which only worsens the already terrible fuel economy.
