It could be the tires but I have read other similar complaints. We have been complimented on how nice the car looks. The inside is spacious and comfortable.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Gray Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.667 reviews) I love my Mazda CX-9! I needed something larger to transport kids and their friends, I dreaded getting a new car because I am really not a big car kind of person. I test drove Infiniti, Acura, Honda and nothing came close to the Mazda! For being as large as it is, it is actually quite zippy and not a bore to drive! The space inside is amazing and it is easy to maneuver the seats. It has a lot of creature comforts, and all in all is just a really nice vehicle. I could not be happier. This was my first Mazda, but will not be my last.

Simplified and perfect,

Mazdas have always been amazing cars to me. It doesn't have a lot of fancy features, but if you prefer simplicity and reliability over flash, this is the car you should get. Before this one, I had another Mazda 3 which was unfortunately totaled, but the side airbags deployed quickly and prevented me from getting seriously hurt. These cars have never given me any problems mechanically and continue to be reliable!

Speed3

Hatch leaves lots of room for storage (great alternative to an SUV for families), comfortable drive, boost of a speed3 adds a bit more oomph over a plain NA 4cyl. Gets the job done with great gas mileage. Just don't recommend getting a northern car or there'll be a ton of rust. Unless you want to swap out the suspension, then by all means. replaced mine due to the rear spring breaking due to rust (MD car).

Very nice ride!

Very sporty looking midsize for those of us who don't want to drive the typical family four-door. Rides very smooth and engine power is more than adequate for day to day driving. I was surprised at how well the car maneuvers and corners considering it's footprint (this is a long car to park). Fuel economy on the highway is spot on and this car is made to cruise with four full size adults in it. Fuel economy in the city suffers the more you have to run through the gears in city traffic. Not bad by any means but expect closer to 21-22 mpg in the city not the advertised 25/26. My only real complaint with the car are the 19" tires. The tires Mazda puts on this car do not last long and expect to take a huge hit in the wallet to replace.
