What Explorer owners are saying
Summarized by Skye

The 2020 Ford Explorer excels in power, interior space, and advanced features like adaptive cruise control and massaging seats. However, transmission issues, inconsistent reliability, and cabin noise frequently frustrate owners. Mixed reviews on fuel economy and maintenance costs further reflect divided consumer sentiment.
