We were looking for a new used car to replace our old used car a 2002 Volvo S80. We test drove a 2010 Acura TSX but did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling about it. Next we drove an 2010 Audi A4 an WOW that was nice. We also tested a 2012 Sonata limited at a Hyundai dealership and that was better than the NSX and we just looked at a Kia Optima. We went home and talked about it and decided on the Audi A4. I did some more research and found a 2010 Acura TL (the basic model) which we did not notice before so we decided that we would test drive it the following weekend. Our salesman Dennis was trained by Acura on the TL so he took us on a test drive. All we could say was HOLY COW. Dennis told us that the one with the tech package was even better. After some more online research between the A4 and the TL, things like extended warranty, reliability and since I work parttime as a bagger and take groceries to customers cars and talking with them about how they like their car I got a better feeling about the TL. Not that the Audi is a bad car because we were going to buy the A4 until we drove the TL. Do your research and I hope this help you with your decision.

I like everything about the TL except the stiff suspension. I feel every little bump in the road.
If you’re conducting used car research to find a deal on pre-owned luxury vehicles, it only makes sense to learn about the Acura TL—a car with touring luxury actually built into its name. The Acura TL is a mid-sized luxury car that succeeded the Acura Vigor and was produced between 1996 and 2014. While the first-generation Acura TL (1996 to 1998) was manufactured in Japan, production soon shifted to the Honda plant in Marysville, Ohio.
The Acura MDX, which entered the market in 2001, was designed to address the need for a high-performance people-mover with an abundance of luxury features. Although the MDX replaced Acura’s SLX, its build was actually based on the popular Honda Pilot. In true Acura style, this newly-developed SUV was infused with the highest-quality comfort and performance features available.
