2020 Audi S5 Sportback
The Perfect Daily Driver
Pros

Ride and Handling

Comfortable and luxurious when you want it. Step on the loud pedal and you’ll smile. The sweet spot where luxury and power intersect.
Cons

Technology and Entertainment

The 19 speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system is proof that more does not equal better. The midrange speakers shred vocal tracks. The bass is loud but clunky. I had to upgrade a lot of components to get it to sound better.

2020 Audi S5 Sportback
LOVE it
Pros

Power

This car will get up and move if you put your foot in it. But it will also drive nice and smooth for normal, everyday driving.

Ride and Handling

Handles excellent. In comfort mode it's smooth as can be. Put it in dynamic and you can hang corners with ease.

Styling

Sexy; that is all!
Cons

Cost to Maintain

Regular scheduled maintenance on Audi's is not cheap. But it's worth doing because the maintenance is MUCH cheaper than replacing major parts.

Ride and Handling

it’s a nice car but I feel that it’s giving me a lot of problems, I only have 3 months with the car and in between those 3 months it was in the shop 1 months after I bought it because it was giving me some oil smell , the sensors where turning on when I was driving in the freeway , they fixed it but now we noticed that they repaired all the things that I was complaining at the beginning but we noticed that they damaged the driver door from the inside and just glue it back on. Also they broke the clips from one side of the door frame from the inside of the car and when I’m driving a bumpy road it moves. I tried calling Carmax in order for me to get a different car because I don’t feel safe in the car anymore because the car is giving the same problem again with the oil smell. Carmax told me that I need to do an appraisal due to 3 months passing since the day that I bought the car, I feel that it’s not fair that it was in the shop for almost a month and they still don’t want to change the car for a different one, I’m asking for a car of the same value not asking for a cheaper car all I want is a good car that I can drive all the time due to my job I’m always going back and forth from one county to another. My family is always buying cars from Carmax and never had any problems at all we already have 4 cars that we bought from Carmax from Escondido but this time I don’t feel confortable with my Audi 🙁today I will be going in to do the appraisal as that was the only option that they gave me.
