it’s a nice car but I feel that it’s giving me a lot of problems, I only have 3 months with the car and in between those 3 months it was in the shop 1 months after I bought it because it was giving me some oil smell , the sensors where turning on when I was driving in the freeway , they fixed it but now we noticed that they repaired all the things that I was complaining at the beginning but we noticed that they damaged the driver door from the inside and just glue it back on. Also they broke the clips from one side of the door frame from the inside of the car and when I’m driving a bumpy road it moves. I tried calling Carmax in order for me to get a different car because I don’t feel safe in the car anymore because the car is giving the same problem again with the oil smell. Carmax told me that I need to do an appraisal due to 3 months passing since the day that I bought the car, I feel that it’s not fair that it was in the shop for almost a month and they still don’t want to change the car for a different one, I’m asking for a car of the same value not asking for a cheaper car all I want is a good car that I can drive all the time due to my job I’m always going back and forth from one county to another. My family is always buying cars from Carmax and never had any problems at all we already have 4 cars that we bought from Carmax from Escondido but this time I don’t feel confortable with my Audi 🙁today I will be going in to do the appraisal as that was the only option that they gave me.
