BMW Electric Vehicles: Popular Models
BMW's i3 electric vehicle was introduced for the 2014 model year and is offered in both full-electric and range-extender configurations. Whether you opt for an all-electric or range-extender model, you'll enjoy the same standard features and equipment. The only difference is that i3 range-extender models are also equipped with a 0.6L two-cylinder gas engine in addition to the electric motor and battery found on other models.
The four-door BMW i3 hatchback, which was offered through the 2019 model year, features:
