Customer Review Summary for Chrysler Luxury Vehicles
Superb Car with tiny defect
2006 Chrysler 300 C SRTtulean - Palm Coast, FL07/31/2010
I can't say enough good things about the Chrysler 300 C SRT 8. Except there is one slight problem that seems Chrysler/Dodge is still avoiding. This car is like 1 of 8 Chrysler/Dodge vehicles that uses an automatic shifter with a design flaw. When the plastic hook on the 'pink thingy' breaks for the spring return, you will not be able to shift the car out of park, leaving your vehicle stranded. If you are looking at a Chrysler 300, be aware of this problem as there is no current recall or TSB. Do some research about it on the internet if you still plan on buying a 300, you may want to have the shifter disassembled / inspected after your purchase. You can get an aftermarket metal replacement or use a zip-tie to retain the spring. I whole heartily love this vehicle with all its features despite this defect.

I went from a large SUV to the C SRT and was skeptical if I would like it. The C SRT actually has a lot of room both in the front and in the back. My husband is a big man and fits comfortably in the front as well as the back. This car also handles smooth and FAST!!!! Overall this is a BAD A#$ vehicle. The SRT is VERY rare too...I have yet to see another one on the road Test drive and you will buy.....My family and I LOVE IT!!! Definitely DO NOT miss the SUV!!!
