I really like the keyless entry system and my third row option. It has a nice ride like a car but lots of room. They really had storage in mind and there are lots of little hidden storage areas. My best friend bought a new Lexus SUV and while I don't have all the bells and whistles she has, I think that I got a lot of nice things for a GREAT deal compared to what she paid for what she has.
I only had this truck for a couple months and its been in the shop for more than a month. First the GPS system went out and after 3-4 drop offs and a week in the shop the Dodge dealer finally replaced it. Right after that the transmission was acting funny and after more than 3 weeks in the shop they ended up replacing the transmission. To top it off the day after I picked it up it died on the road and had to tow it back to the Dodge dealer where it sits.
Not for a family with car seat requirements
2016 Dodge JourneyRaeisha G. - Moreno Valley, CA12/01/2015
We purchased the Journey because we we're having our 4th child. We have 10, 8, and 3 year olds. We knew the "trunk" really had no room for cargo, but went for the family size accommodations. However after having 2 car seats, we quickly realized how inconvenient it was. Getting the boys in the third row was so annoying. Now they enter through the "trunk". When my mother in law visited, we took 2 cars on a trip. Without the third row up don't do any real shopping because you'll have no room. This is a nice and stylish car recommended for a small family. But if you're looking for room AND comfort, the Journey isn't it. Mini Van? Nooooooo!!!
