The last true Shelby

This is the last of the true Shelby GT500's that Carroll helped design. They will make more Shelby's but they will be fakes. This car is over the top in power. If you drive one you better respect the 662 HP is has or you will be in a ditch even with the traction control on.

2013 Ford Mustang GT premium

I truly could not have asked for better service and price on this car. the dealership was very helpful in finding this car for me. I orginally went in looking to just appraise my old car; however, the sales man helping me said he would do a search for a mustang. I had my doubts that he would be able to locate a brand new 2013 Stang. Sure enough he did! For a $40 deposit (all you have to do is test drive it to get your deposit back) they had the car transported in from Miami up to Jacksonville. It was still in brand new condition and looked great. As far as the car itself its fast! Ford rates it at roughly 420 hp however its probably a touch more than that. The premium package is definitely the way to go. The leather is great and very comfortable. The back seats are a bit tight but hey its a mustang! The shaker audio system along with xm radio is great for long trips or just crusing around. The automatic xmsn, which most people would shun on, is awesome. Ford did a great job with its design. The select shift is fun for when you wt to control your gears however the auto tranny shifts smoothly d quicker than most sticks. The 4.3 LCD screen inbetween the gauages is awesome. Not only does it give you CHT, xmsn temp and pres, engine temp, fuel economy, etc, etc it also has a track apps that can record your cars track performance. The home link is convenient and the sync is very useful especially in states that require hands free. All in all I love this car! I can't really think of anything bad other than maybe backseat space if you have kids for example. But again, its a mustang! I highly reccomend it if you are looking for a fun resonably priced sports car with tons of great upgrades and plenty of high end performance. And if stock isn't enough for you, then there is probably more aftermarket parts for mustang than any other car. Before you go out to the dealer and pay full price, check out Car Max, they may suprise you with what they have and what it cost. I saved over $5k buying this car like New with 3700 Miles.
