great SUV if you don't mind buying a lot of gas.

2008 GMC Yukon Fran - marietta, GA 09/23/2014

It has a lot of room and comfort. Head turner. Vision around the vehicle is good looking through the windows but you have to be careful in parking lots with maneuvering. I would have liked if it had front parking sensors to gauge how close u are getting to an object in front of truck. It drinks a lot of gas. I'm retired so I don't drive a lot of miles back and fourth to a job so I love the big engine power and don't mind the gas mileage.

My favorite car so far!

2009 GMC Yukon Mimi Wilt - Winston-Salem, NC 10/15/2016

It is very comfortable, and easy to drive. I have taught my kids how to drive in this car. We have driven this car across the country on many trips. It's smooth and roomy. It also has lots of leg room. I love the features. While driving, I don't have to move my hands from the steering wheel to make a phone call, or to work the radio. It's great!

Good SUV for the Money

2010 GMC Yukon Travel Trailer Towing Family - New Mexico 01/02/2012

We have always owned Japanese or German cars. We traded our Honda Odyssey for this Yukon, since we purchased a larger travel trailer and needed the towing capacity. We have had the car for two months and love it. We have been pleasantly surprised by how nice it rides and have had 8 people piled in yet didnt notice a chance in the ride. This thing is loaded (we got the SLT) love the remote start, backup camera and all the bells/whistles. We feel the design failed to optimize the cargo space. Our Odyssey only sat 7 because we had captain chairs in the 2nd row and our Yukon has the bench seat configuration in the 2nd row. Yet there is virtually no room for storage or luggage in the very back. Our Odyssey had a lot more room and the seats folded down into the storage well allowing further storage without having to remove the 3rd row completely. Also, the seats are not as comfortable less support. Time will tell regarding reliability of the vehicle which is always something we expected with our Japanese cars. In general, this was a good car for the money and we would recommend it as a good full size SUV.
