The car is wonderful but the Hyundai dealership experience is awful. This is my second Hyundia I've owned, bought both in spite of a terrible dealership experience because I really like the car. That's why I bought at Carmax, not at a Hyundai dealership. If the dealer were more helpful with things like occasional glitches with navigation system and understanding the car's other systems it would be much nicer.

Pros

Seat Comfort: I'm 6'4" and 310lbs. I needed a car with comfortable seats.
Cabin Noise: Car rides smooth as silk with the perfect amount of road noise isolation.
Value: Literally the best luxury car value on the planet!! I've owned Audi, Mercedes and Jaguar before.

Cons

Fuel Economy: Horrible. They quote 18/25, it is more like 12/16. I'veNEVER achieved 17 mpg, not even downhill from the gas station to my house.
Weather Versatility: Rear wheel drive only for this model year. It would be almost perfect if it looked the same and was AWD.
