Every time I start it, there is a wonderful exhaust note that I did not expect, but really love. With 330 HP standard, it really has the ability to move when you want it to or need it. There is something comforting about that. But beyond just the speed, there are decent brakes and handling to go along with a bit of stylish elegance. It doesn't shout "look at me!" like some cars (Porsche, Corvette, BMW, etc.) and I find that a compelling reason for ownership.

I owned a 2005 G35 S Coupe and found it all I expected of a sports Car (with rear seats). This 2008 S coupe is that and more. I really like the Bluetooth and most of the time it works very well. On occasion it doesn't recognize that it is set up and in sync with my phone.
This car carries about 40 more horses and you can tell it by the seat of your pants, although MotorTrend says the track times aren't much different. I have the "Sport" version but really don't know what difference that makes.
I don't know if the following comment is a malfunction in the "VDC" or if it is supposed to react this way, but in spirited driving from a stop, and the wheels spin a little, the "VDC off" light comes on along with a "slip" light and sometimes a "brake" light illuminates in the dash. These lights do not go off until you turn off the engine and turn it back on. If that is normal, then I fail to understand why. Before spinning the tires, I can also manually turn off the "vnc" as you would think.
Anyway, this is a very solid and competant vehicle and I expect to get a lot of miles out of it. BTW, it is red (like my 2005 G35).
The only real dissapointment is that there are a lot of road rash and nicks in the paint and it only had 47,000 when I purchased it. My 2005 didn't have this many at 90,000 miles.

This car is amazing fast smooth and comfortabe! Handles the road like its on a railroad track.
There’s something about a car that goes vroom that can’t be beat. When you’re sitting behind the wheel of a powerful car, your heart races and your mind wanders to all the places you can go. There are plenty of used cars out there that deliver high horsepower for low prices.
