The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L offers spacious interiors, smooth handling, and bold styling, making it great for family trips and long drives. However, frequent complaints about reliability, electronic bugs, and high depreciation are notable downsides. Performance is solid with the V6 engine, but technology features and maintenance can be problematic for some.
handles great in the snow and very nice turn
Great Hulk Look & Muscle Power - Macho Man vehicle .. My wife and girl friend both likes it :)
Great Riding Quality ...Air Suspension gives a premium feel of comfort .. Offroad capability is a add on to the vehicle .. One of the perfect vehicle for long drives. Specially highway rides..
Awesome Interior design and space both. Enough room for a Family travel with room full luggage and hauling capability is great advantage on this vehicle.
JEEP - One of the MOST UNRELIABLE BRAND ( Became a Unreliable since Stellantis took over ). Its break down / stalled anywhere middle of anything - > 50% owners / consumers complain that. Pathetic Warranty services , Zero Customer friendly Dealer Services , Jeep dont care about customers once vehicle sold, its owner responsibility to keep repairing manufacturing defect as well. As it is proudly made in USA so, there is no LEMON LAW works on CDJR vehicles. Use it and trash it kind of vehicle. If youe vehicle is running fine, You are a lucky owner of a Jeep.
Some features works well , some Not at all.. AEB and Pedestrian are never works in any situations, It does not even warn. Electrical Malfunction are common in Jeep vehicles, within 3 months I had to change AUX Battery as Auto Start/Stop and Remote Start/Stop stopped working, Found that if AUX Battery goes below 12V both function stop working. Even after several hours of driving , AUX was not charging above 12V, Its keep holding between 11.0 to 11.8V , Had to replace that battery to make both works again. Flicker the radio unit if battery volts dropped, Every Jeep Owner must keep an Eye on Electrical, that is main reason of all kind of malfuction in Jeep vehicles.
Disaster .. Super High Depreciation, I think no other vehicle depreciate like Jeeps. If you calculate - Initial 1-2 years it depreciate @ $1.0 / miles approx. Then 2-5 Years - average $0.40 - $0.60 Cents per miles. After driving 5K miles , now my vehicle KBB value dropped by $6K , wow.. I can not even thin to sell it.. ha ha ha .. i dont want to but still a vehicle who does not hold its resale value -i.e Jeep ( one of them ..although other EU brands also there in the list ). All above CONS - if someone read it and looking for these features , Dont buy Jeep. if you don't care about "Reliability", " Depreciation", "Safety / Technology" , Just need Muscle power and styling - Jeep could be a good choice.
Drives well. V6 is great, not a prefomance engine but good, very comfortable, lots of technology.
lots of space for people and cargo
very quiet
not the most economical car but good for its size
