We purchased a 2008 Kia Spectra and immediately upon driving it thought this was a great car, it handles very well and has alot of leg room in the back seat. Our Spectra has everything you'd want inside, air, CD, power window & door locks, and locked gas cap, and gets about 32 MPG and that was a great selling point for us. Kia has great warranty packages that cover 10 yrs or 100,000 miles and also include free car washes for life when ever you want and you can get free oil changes also, all you pay is for the oil, its the best car we have bought in a long time and we highly recommend the Kia and we loved it so much we bought another one for my husband, the Rio, its alittle smaller but better on gas and handles very well, great little car for the money.
A nice small sedan
2008 Kia SpectraDavid K - Huntsville, Alabama06/25/2010
Pros: well-equipped (EX model) for the price. Low interior noise even when going 70m/h. Adequate power for a 2L engine.
Cons: Nothing in particular, but I have driven only about 2,000 miles after buying it with 37K on the oddmeter. So time will tell whether this is a reliable quality car or not. So far no problems.

My husband and I are so pleased with our Kia Spectra. We had been looking at Chevys until we saw the Kia on the lot and after test driving it, we felll in love with it.
It's a beautiful car; it's great on gas, and very comfy and roomy.
