Yes I know it's not the sleekest, or most attractive vehicle you've ever seen, but it's unique... like me!
I love the way I feel when I'm driving it.. in total control and in a safe environment. I'm impressed with the responsiveness and the comfort level, not what I'd first expected.
I love how there is no obstruction between me and the road ahead.. the steering wheel is placed perfectly for someone my size (I'm 5'4) to see over, as well through, to monitor my speed, gasoline, etc. I'm used to having the top of the steering wheel cutting my sight line in half even when adjusted to the lowest position... it really makes a difference.
Everyone I know is surprised by the amount of room inside and the attention to detail... the "ripple effect" on the ceiling is cool too.
I have to parallel park everyday living in the city and the back-up camera makes it so easy, nice touch Nissan.
Overall I give my Cube 5 stars for satisfaction...and would recommend it to anyone who can appreciate something out of the ordinary.
A Cool Cube
2010 Nissan CubeAsh - Hoover, AL.04/28/2011
I love my Nissan Cube! It is efficient on gas mileage with 31 mpg, and has all the accessories you would want in a car (iPod designated hookup, extra power outlets for accessories, over five cupholders, backseats recline like a comfortable chair, mp3 player, etc.). I love the oversized sun visors that fold down to block the sun out on a bright day, and I enjoy the way the back opens outwards instead of upwards. It is a comfortable and smooth ride with very little complaints! I do wish it was a 5 or 6 cylinder, b/c a 4 cylinder doesn't adjust well to the hills that I live around. I also do not like the wind resistance when going down a hill at 30 mph. The car will kick back, and then you can hear the engine cycling up as the car descends the hill. The wind pulls the car back as it's attempting to go forward b/c of the resistance. Otherwise, a wonderful car to have. I love it! Great buy for my buck!
Great car...great value.
2012 Nissan CubeJ - Denver, CO07/13/2014
Fun car to drive, it is zippy. Comfortable...I am a bigger man and have taken a 6 hour road trip with my wife and son (big kid) with no problems. Lots of room...road trip was to a four day baseball tournament with lots of bags and gear. Good gas mileage avg. 34 highway and avg. 80 miles a hour. This car is a pleasant surprise. I really like the iphone/ipod interface and Bluetooth.
