Not saving a whole lot on gas. Getting only about 22.5 per gallon. Expecting around 28-29 per gal as advertised. even if you do your own maintainence, Chou can't reset the computer that reads, maintanence overdue, which is a little bothersome. Not a whole lot of room, passengers must navigate out of the backseat like they are going through some sort of obstacle course having to get passed the narrow opening which the seatbelt is in the way so it's easy to get tangled up. Other wise, great power, easy to maneuver and park. Engine noise is loud and you can feel every little bump. The car sits so low that it makes the ordinary driveway seem like a steep mountain that if not handled correctly, the front end scrapes.
Excellent vehicle, no surprises.

Tremendous automation and safety for a 2011. Auto-braking is great. Solid ride. Adaptive cruise allows for feet free driving in rush hour traffic. DVD in dash and 2 in front seat headrests for the 2nd row with wireless headphones. Free traffic on Nav system.
Volvo gives you luxury import quality, at a price lower than that of BMW, Benz, Lexus, etc. Where the other luxury import cars have mono colored bodies and cockpit looking dashboards, the beauty of a Volvo is subtle. The body of the S80 is classy looking, without looking racy. The interior is rich looking, without looking like you're in a fighter jet cockpit!
