Why are some cars unable to be shipped?
Some states require us to have the title in hand before shipping can begin. Other states restrict shipping based on mileage or emissions requirements. Although the reasons vary, it's important to keep in mind that non-transferable cars can be viewed and purchased where they're currently located, but that doesn't guarantee they can be registered outside of that state.
