The CarMax agent (Susana Aragon) was very polite, helpful and attentive to my auto shopping needs. Kept me updated and explained all of the paperwork very well. She noticed my birthday was coming up soon and I mentioned this car was my birthday present to myself and she worked very hard to make sure I was in my Audi Q3 the day before my birthday. CarMax made the car buying process and the selling of my old car as painless and simple as possible. Thank you!!

Pros

Technology and Entertainment: I really enjoy the tech and stereo system in this vehicle. It makes my driving an enjoyable experience.
Interior Space: The interior space is perfect for my needs. I can fit my bicycle in there and it fits well w/ room to spare.
Power: Even though the engine is a 4 cylinder, it has sufficient power and if I need a little extra I can count on the turbo. Fun to drive.

Cons

Interior Space: Some of my taller passengers don't fit well in the front passenger side seat.

Carmax sold me a car with a broken sunroof seal and I didn’t know until it was leaking inside my car. They did not help me, they turned me away to Audi. Audi covered the repair but I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car. I shouldn’t have to pay a dime for an issue like that. There is also an electrical problem because the clock doesn’t stay on time.

I would not recommend this car to anyone. I have had the vehicle for only 4 months and have had to take it back for multiple repairs and other issues, two of which involved the engine. I made a poor decision to accept an extremely low offer on my previous car that was only one year old.
