Transmission: Automatic Color:White Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.5 reviews) Picked up a 2007 Suburban recently and have been pleased with it every since. Cargo room is fantastic, comfort is exceptional, ride quality is great. It only has 29K miles on it so it's too young to have major issues, but all in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I realize that there are die hard Chevy fans and die hard Ford fans. Prior to my purchase, I drove both and found that the Suburban felt more sturdy than the Expedition EL. All around comfort and drivability felt better with the Suburban. Interior features and layout seemed more elegant in the Chevy. I'm not one for fancy, so the Chevy was exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, the LT trimline is quite attractive inside, considering it's the "middle" trimline. My only complaint is the lack of storage compartments in the rear cargo area. Would be nice to have deep bins or something back there built into the sides. In the end, for what I wanted / needed, the Suburban was perfect. The other models I tested did not feel as well built and sturdy as the Suburban. Might just be me, but I think the Suburban is the better choice.

Love our Sub

We are a family of 8 now, and outgrew our minivan when my daughter was born. We definitely needed a bigger car, not just for the seatbelts but the space for strollers, diaper bags, etc. You name, we needed it (with 5 kids under 5) we needed the space for car seats as well. We shopped for months and eventually ruled out minivans all together. Just no space for our 'stuff'. So we started looking bigger, Suburbans, Yukons, etc. We narrowed down to the Sub because of the huge trunk it offers. We decided we liked the 2007 or better body. It has been a blessing thus far for only having it for a month. I have managed to take it on a weekend road trip, the highway gas using E85 is pretty sufficient. City miles it eats up the gas once you get down to the 1/2 tank. We love the ease of all the electronics and the on star that came with it (we activated it). All of our kids are VERY comfortable with more room in the Sub and seem to be much happier. We are getting ready to take the Sub across country from Florida to California with the whole family and pulling a 31' travel trailer. I don't believe I will be disappointed but always ready to expect the unexpected. So far, excellent purchase for us!!

I had been looking for a vehicle to replace my 2003 Tahoe with 250K miles for a while. I also wanted something with more passenger room for family trips with wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandson. I saw the Suburban advertised on the net and stopped by to check it out. Had not planned on buying that day just looking. It had all the features I wanted and several I didn't even know they made.. It has 4 captain chairs and a bench 3rd row seat. The car is a real eye catcher... the interior is well appointed, comfortable and has all the amenities I was looking for. The extras like back up notifier, tilt down mirrors for backing and superb sound system make the rides a pleasure. This is without a doubt the best vehicle I've owned to date... If you're looking for a large SUV for family and travel... this is it! BTW I took it home that day

Nice ride - a liitle too much tech.

This is my third Suburban. Great vehicles if you have a lot to haul, or a trailer to pull. This one worried me because of all the electronic doo-dads. And it has been a bit of a problem. The tire pressure monitors require a lot of attention. They are flaky and expensive to repair or replace. Already had to replace the power steering pump, and I am not sure about this new one. The vehicle does RIDE great. Very comfortable on long trips. A little less leg room than older models. It also has cute little caps on the lug nuts. Already lost two, and one was missing when I bought the vehicle.
