Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.667 reviews) This was my first 500 that owned for several months, but replacved because my wife refused to drive a tick shift. It hand like a sports car, but rode like a hay wagon; extremely stiff over bumps, which make me not want to recommend it. The replacement was a 500 Lounge automatic that is comportable and a blast to drive. This was a 2012 modell and had an electrical glitch that shorted the dome light. After prolonged consultation with the mother ship, the dealer determined th the cuplrit was a (superfluous) oil pressure sensor. Since its removal the lights have beenfine. This car is fun and cmfortabkle, but you should have another one for trips.

FAQ

Q: What kind of fuel efficiency does the Fiat 500 Pop get?

A: Different transmissions paired with the 1.4L inline-four engine and changes made to that engine over the years have resulted in a range of different gas mileages for the Fiat 500 Pop. MPG ranges from the 2013 five-speed manual transmission's EPA estimate of 30 mpg city, 38 mpg highway and 34 mpg combined to the 2019's six-speed automatic transmission EPA estimate of 24 mpg city, 32 mpg highway and 27 mpg combined.1

Q: How many people can the Fiat 500 Pop seat?

A: The Fiat 500 Pop has comfortable seating for four adults, with two front bucket seats and two rear seats with a thoughtful center console that allows for easy stowing of small items.

Q: Is the Fiat 500 Pop a comfortable ride?

A: With both driver and passenger seat memory, the Fiat 500 Pop is not only a comfortable ride, but it's instantly changeable to adapt to who is driving and who is riding at the time. A driver's height adjustor makes it easier for the very tall or very petite to find the best position for their needs, while a 50/50 split-fold rear seat in the spacious back provides plenty of room for adults to get comfortable for the ride.

Q: What kind of powertrain options does the Fiat 500 Pop have available?

A: The Fiat 500 Pop comes standard with a 1.4L inline-four turbocharged sixteen-valve engine that is capable of producing up to 160 hp, depending on the model year and exact configuration. The city car is available with two different transmissions, a standard five-speed manual transmission and an available six-speed automatic transmission. All Pops are front-wheel drive, providing better control in a wide range of situations.

Q: What makes the Fiat 500 Pop stand out?

A: There are a number of features that make the Fiat 500 Pop unique among city cars, especially its roomy interior. A wide range of thoughtful storage spots make it easy to stash mobile devices, while the available cargo space with the rear seats folded flat is a spacious 27.2 cubic feet. The tailgate design maximizes width for easier loading, and the rear seats are constructed with the same painstaking care and comfort as the front seats, a rare feature in vehicles that often feature a simple bench seat with no thought to overall comfort for backseat riders. The center console features a 12V power port for charging devices or other accessories. For a fun drive during the city nightlife, press the Sport button to change modes, providing crisp shifting and tight steering for automatic transmissions and a more responsive engine for manual transmissions.

It has been fun and sporty to drive. Great gas mileage--plenty of room in front seat. Back seat--if you have short people in front you can fit--sad face :( Has a lot of extra features-a lot accessible through steering wheel. That is very handy and easily used.
