It feels like a German car, only with the heart of an American muscle car. It's subtle and unassuming until you feel one of the turbos kick over then the v6 roars to life. For a person who wants performance but also has a family, this is trule the end all to be all.
I bought this car back when I was a junior in High School. I wanted a decent sized car that was comfortable for me to drive. Our driver's ed cars were Tauruses so I was already used to driving one so it made for a logical choice. Now, as a junior in college I am very glad i made the choice. It has plenty of room for anyone that travels with me. Most of my friends have small cars like civics and focuses, and when they ride with me they are amazed at how much leg room there is in the front and back seats, not to mention the amount of room in the back seat when 3 people are sitting back there. On long trips the seats prove comfortable. I have a friend who is 6'8" tall and still is comfortable in the front or back seat (with the seat back some of course). I would buy another one, I am thinking of getting a 2007, which I think is the last year of this body style. If you have to have a flashy car to make you feel better about yourself, this obviously isn't for you. If you are looking for a dependable, comfortable sedan this is a good choice for you. (Over 160k miles with nothing but regular maintance)
I would recommend this car for people who love sporty and like to take family and friends out,All the features that come with the car makes any car around the same price line look like a joke in my view. Fun twin turbo v6 and the AWD makes it a beast in any weather, smooth and comfort road trips with a lot of trunk space would make it ideal for your next beach trip or to the snow.
