We've had this car for about a year and a half. It's been a very reliable vehicle. Our only trouble with it has been at 60,000 miles the power steering pump went out and we developed a knock in the steering which had us replacing rack and pinion. I don't believe this should be a problem with a vehicle with less than 100K on it, but it was a fleet vehicle before we bought it. I'm not a pro, but I choose to give the vehicle the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe it wasn't cared for as it should have been since it belonged to a fleet. Other than that, the car has been a dream to drive. We've taken it on trips half way across the US, and it's very comfortable. As long as we have no more major problems, I will buy another.
I purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali (one owner prior to me owned it for 15 months) and the air conditioning went out two weeks after purchase. After repaired, it went out again two weeks later. A GMC dealership replaced the entire unit! Also, the weather stripping on top of the vehicle detaches after each car wash and flaps independently unless I manually press it securely in position. A GMC dealership informed me this is something that happens and provided no solution to make it more secure. The quality of the vehicle is not Denali (in other words, top of the line).
Good family car

I am a family man- have 3 kids. It has the third row option. It seems that all of this model come with a V-6 which the fuel economy is found wanting, however it has the power to get up and moving rather quickly. I have a fwd and no trailer hitch (yet) however, I am sure it will pull a small trailer or U-haul if needed. When the passenger space is not used by my kids, all seats (with the exception of the front passenger seat) can be folded down for cargo. It also features dual Air conditioning. For a family man who isn't ready for the nickname "super-minivan" this crossover isn't a bad option for you.
Vehicles with third-row seating have plenty of features for nearly every type of driver. For families that need a great family-friendly vehicle, SUVs, crossovers, and minivans with third-row seats give passengers roomy interiors and still have enough power to haul plenty of vacation equipment or moving supplies.
Some of the best compact SUVs today are efficient, with good power and handy features like a turbocharged engine, all-wheel drive, and even third-row seats. Check out this top 10 list, based on CarMax sales data from January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.
