2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5
Daily driving head turner
Pros

Fuel Economy

My charging costs are ridiculously low at home, 7.45 cents per kWh, so this car costs me about 2 cents per mile. I drove this car from Tacoma to San Francisco for less than 200 dollars round trip using Electrify America, this is worst case scenario. I normally pay about .75c a day to charge it

Seat Comfort

having driven 15 hours straight O can say this is one of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven.

Interior Space

We loaded this car up with suitcases, snacks, a radio flyer, a cooler, 2 backpacks, 2 duffle bags, 2 senior dogs, and 2 tall adults. It handled it no problem.
Cons

Visibility

Rearview mirror visibility isn't great.

Technology and Entertainment

Most of the tech is great, but the lack of native wireless android auto, and the just OK self driving holds it back from other similar vehicles, notably Tesla,

2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5
Enjoying driving this
Pros

Cabin Noise

Love gliding quietly along the road

Value

Very cost efficient as long as you charge at home. The commercial fee based charging stations wind up costing about the same per mile as I was getting for my gas vehicle

Power

Love the zippy acceleration.
Cons

Dashboard

Don't like reaching over to the touch screen while driving

Cargo Space

The 'trunk' space looked bigger on the car lot than it really is once we put Mom's stroller in *or* one big dog.

Styling

No category for this in the survy, BUT . The manual is nearly useless; go to Youtube or the user forums for information about how to use this car!
