2012 Hyundai VelosterNancy Brown - Decatur, GA08/23/2015
Good on gas. It has the eco feature that lets you control your gas mileage by have your automatic transmission shift like a manual transmission and with that the car does ride like a stick shift vehicle. When you are ready for some fast exceleration, you can switch it off at the push of a button. This car is nicely loaded for the price. The only thing I don't like and that's with any small car, it you hit a bump you can really feel it but other than that I love the vehicle. My previous car was an infinity and this car has more features in it than that car did. I highly recommend it especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a loaded vehicle.
While I wouldn't recommend this specific model I would recommend the later ones. With this 12' veloster it has the tendency to roll back on hill which I am not use to. The newer models I believe have anti-roll back in them. With living on the east coast I can already tell it will be a hassle with the snow we get. The acceleration can feel little weird at times but is really okay.
My veloster got great gas mileage and was very fun to drive. The leather sets are comfortable for a long drive with a great radio. Seats fold down easily for a lot of space for carrying stuff. It cannot fit a car seat easily and it's not a great car for infants. It also can be very loud driving and bumpy on the round.
Some of the best compact SUVs today are efficient, with good power and handy features like a turbocharged engine, all-wheel drive, and even third-row seats. Check out this top 10 list, based on CarMax sales data from January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.
