Great handling and good performance. It has limited visibility when backing, but with backing alarm ok.

The Compass is a great little cross-over vehicle. Attractive, lots of space, comfortable. I had heard before driving it that the Compass' engine had no "get up and go". It has enough for the vehicle it is, even when loaded down. Comfortable enough for road trips, definitely a plus. I've also had 6'3'' friends sit in the back seat and have no problem with leg room.
Fall backs: It wasn't meant to go offroad or in bad conditions. It also has a smaller fuel tank.
