Summarized by Skye

The 2016 Kia Forte5 blends impressive power and cargo space with good value, making it popular among drivers. Its turbocharged engines offer strong performance, while the hatchback design adds versatility. While praised for ride quality and features, minor cabin noise and average braking are noted drawbacks. Excellent for budget-conscious shoppers.

2016 Forte5 SX 6spd
Pros

Power

1.6 turbo delivers excellent torque with little turbo lag.

Value

Can’t beat what you get for the price. Kudos to Kia, excellent value

Cargo Space

I love a hatch for the space, put the back seats down in this car and you have tons of space. I drove long distance with my wife and 2 children in this car, and fit all of our bags no problem . Not to mention averaged 35 mpg.
Cons

Technology and Entertainment

The speakers and deck are pretty bad, I like quality sound. This is one of my few complaints.

Cabin Noise

Honestly it’s not that bad , but not as quiet as a GTI, about the same as the focus ST.
