so many issues

The sunroof leaks and neither carmax nor ford is capable of fixing the issue and is giving me the runaround. The infotainment center is glitchy along with the passenger window and the heating fan is giving me problems. I've spent around $1500 in uber and rental car fees while my car has been in the service shop and now neither is willing to help solve this solution.
