This car is worth the money. It handles well, holds a lot of cargo, and is stylish. I would not recommend this car if you want to put child seats in the back, or if you are a wide-bodied person. The front seats are slightly narrow, and the back seats are a little crammed for anyone over 6 feet. I am not going to say that it is the best car in the world. However, it does all things pretty well. If you're in the market for a reasonable priced mid-size sedan with all the creature comforts and reliability of a Japanese Car, then look no farther. It won't disappoint you.
The best part of all, from someone who gets very cold at the slightest drop in temp, are the heated front seats!! Whithin minutes I am toasty warm and the car heater itself seems to warm up way faster than my last car's did.
I like that I can change from automatic driving to manual any time I need to climb a steep grade or want to slow down without excessive wear and tear on my brake pads. Traction control for rainy or snowy weather is another plus.
My Bose sound system is terrific along with the 6 CD changer which gets me listening to old favorites that I rarely played anymore.
So many great little extras came with this car. One that I am going to LOVE in the hot Texas Summer months is being able to lower the 2 front windows before you get in the car to air it out a little.
This is a great car!! I would recommend it to my friends in a minute!!
And finally, the way I could afford all this was by buying used!! Only way for me to go ever again!!
Excellent value - smooth ride with nice features
2014 Mazda Mazda6Nick O - O'Fallon, MO03/02/2016
This is our first Mazda and I'd say I am very impressed so far. It's in the same class as our 2014 Kia Optima SX-T, and they share a lot of similarities - very smooth ride, attractive interior and body lines, great fuel mileage (the Mazda6 gets better mileage than the Kia), and plenty of passing power out of a 4 cylinder, though the Mazda6 is naturally aspirated and the Optima is turbocharged. I can't say which I enjoy driving more, both are a lot of fun and seem to be well put together.
