The Armada has been very quiet and comfortable. The easily flipped up second row seats makes it easy for the children to get to the third row by themselves. I'm getting used to handling such a large vehicle. The gas guzzling is, of course, a financial disaster.
About a month after buying the car, I noticed that the rear wheels were angled outward, which looked very unsafe, as though they were about to fall off. The tilted tires were both ruined, stripped to the steel wires. The Nissan dealer said that it needed to be realligned - and that, with the weight of the vehicle and the design of the rear axle, needed reallignment every 15,000 miles. Since the car was at 17,000 miles when I bought it, it seems like the previous owner never performed that maintainance. And I was not informed about that difference in maintainance needs with this model. Ended up costing $500.
This is the best suv that I have ever owned. I purchased it as a Christmas gift and it has brought nothing but joy. My 'Mada had 100k on it at purchase and I now have 108k. Ive taken it through the mountains and several other locations with no problems whatsoever. Def a great purchase. Btw...I have the Platinum Edition
Love my SUV

I love just about everything about my Armada. The only thing I wish was different was that the 3rd row would split. It would also be nice if the middle seat on the middle row would lay down (maybe it does and I haven't figured it out yet)??? Otherwise, I would recommend an Armada to anyone looking for a bigger SUV!

They’re big. They’re bold. They’re kinda in your face. Tall pickup trucks and SUVs have the kind of ride height that gets you over, through, and around the kind of rough terrain which stops other vehicles in their tracks. If you live in a place with lots of snow, mud, or uneven ground, ride height (defined as the distance between the bottom of your truck’s tires and the lowest point on the underside) is probably more important to you than road-hugging and handling characteristics and strong fuel efficiency.
