2011 Nissan MuranoTerry Belter - Santa Clarita, CA04/26/2016
The Nissan Murano runs great. On the rode it is quiet with great power. The interior cabin is roomy and it has a generous amount of cargo space in the rear. There are small issues with the electronics, however. At times the radio volume and fan speeds do not cooperate. Turning them down (counterclockwise) sometimes causes them to go up. It is a odd and generally quite minor problem with a great running vehicle.
I have had the car for about four months and have been happy with it. However, I just found out that it needs new brakes, including rotors. The car had 14,000 miles on it when I purchased it four months ago. CarMax prides itself on doing a thorough evaluation of the cars that they sell, and given the condition of the brakes, this should have been repaired before the car went on the lot for sale. Very disappointed with CarMax.
Fantastic Car - Great Experience
2014 Nissan MuranoLinda M. Wilson - Austin, TX06/21/2016
SAFETY, comfort, SAFETY. After a very traumatic rear-end collision, totaling my car, I was put in a position (at 76 years old) to search for a replacement vehicle. As I am still traumatized when I find myself in traffic, I drive all the back roads. I cannot say enough good things about Carmax Staff, friendly and helpful. Salesman, Juan Cajigas was very patient with me and completely understood my situation. He worked diligently to find the RIGHT car for me. My Murano is a perfect fit in all aspects.
