2011 Nissan MuranoTerry Belter - Santa Clarita, CA04/26/2016
The Nissan Murano runs great. On the rode it is quiet with great power. The interior cabin is roomy and it has a generous amount of cargo space in the rear. There are small issues with the electronics, however. At times the radio volume and fan speeds do not cooperate. Turning them down (counterclockwise) sometimes causes them to go up. It is a odd and generally quite minor problem with a great running vehicle.
It has almost as much leg room as our yukon that it replaced, drives great and is get 24.9 MPG on the hwy. It is the first import we have owened and is fun to drive even on long trips (885 miles in one day). When we got it, it had only 596 miles on it, now 3 months later it has almost 7500 on it.
I have had the car for about four months and have been happy with it. However, I just found out that it needs new brakes, including rotors. The car had 14,000 miles on it when I purchased it four months ago. CarMax prides itself on doing a thorough evaluation of the cars that they sell, and given the condition of the brakes, this should have been repaired before the car went on the lot for sale. Very disappointed with CarMax.
