This was the best van that we test drove out of 5. The only true competition it has is the Honday Odyssey. The Sienna drove the most responsively and was the most comfortable. I am a Camry driver and it handles similarly. The space and layout are the best in the class. The seats fold without hassle. The cargo area is adequate for groceries, gear or luggage. We have been driving it now for over a month. This is my second van and this one I don't mind driving as an every day car.
Bought my van used with 40k miles. It now has 135k hard miles (stop and go driving for work). Could not be happier with the engine/transmission reliability; just give it an oil change when your supposed to and perform recommended maintenance and it won't let you down. My only issue with it is perhaps the quality of some of the non-engine components. Specifically, I've had problems with the power sliding door; sometimes it doesn't want to close. On the other sliding door, the door handle broke off. Replaced one power window motor. Also, when you have to replace a light bulb in the brake lights, you will break off the fastener to the lens. It becomes incredibly brittle after some time; I broke off one side and my mechanic broke off the other and thats about $200 for each lens at the Toyota dealership. This vehicle is super comfortable; sometimes I wish I had the quad seats in my living room :-) Overall, apart from some of the annoyances I've mentioned above, this is a very reliable vehicle with decent gas mileage, and very comfortable for the whole family.
this has been the best car buy i have made. Aside from the mpg i have not had one problem or issue with this van. It is reliable and is very versatile. The guys at car max were very helpful and understanding when i got this car. My credit was less than sub par and they were patient with me and at the end of the day literally they pulled through and its been the best move ive made so far
