Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.857 reviews) I have owned two Toyota Yaris LEs and one Sedan. This car handles well and has more room on the inside than other smaller cars. I especially like the manual drive vs the automatic for navigating traffic and on ramps! Tires make a big difference in cabin noise reduction on the Yaris so make sure you don't buy cheap ones.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.857 reviews) The thing that sold me on this car before I got it was the gas mileage: 30 MPG in the city! I live in the greater metro Atlanta area, so I drive a lot more than I'd like. Keeping my fuel costs low was crucial in the vehicle I buy. This car more than fits the bill, the average MPG meter in the car's dash consistently tells me I'm above 30 MPG. My Android Fuelio app (to keep track of fuel consumption), has my average fuel consumption at above 31 MPG. For the biggest reason I bought this car, it really is living up to its sticker!

Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Gray Average Vehicle Review: (4.333 reviews) I would recommend this car to anyone who drives long distances on a regular basis. The Yaris gets great gas mileage on the highway. With one tank of gas I can drive around 400 miles. However, in the city the gas mileage is not so great. I was only able to get a little over 300 miles before I had to refill. I have a manual transmission and it is very smooth when shifting. I find that first gear is difficult. Once you are up to about 10/mph you have to switch to 2nd gear which is frustrating when you are going over several speed bumps. And slow speeds, such as school zones, are difficult to stay at. But that could be my driving skills, I don't know but I didn't have that issue with my last stick shift. Overall, I love this car.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (3.667 reviews) Toyota falsely advertised the mpg. They say it should make 30/38 and I'm getting 20 mpg!!! This is so far off - it's inexcusable. I made the same mileage with the car I sold - my 1971 datsun which I had owned for over 45 years! Pick-up not as good and the shifting gears not as smooth as my old car. Turning radius is lousy. Windshield wiper controls in a stupid place - constantly hitting them which is really bad for the windshield. There are a few other little things that I don't like. What I do like is having air conditioning and I do enjoy the power steering. I had one other big concern which is when I had to make an extreme sudden stop, the brakes made an awful noise. I had my mechanic check it out and they claim it's normal!

Great little car!!

We love our Yaris. We have had it for a few months and I use it all the time! It was going to just be a second car but the gas milage is so good, we use it all the time!! We are a family of 4 and 2 boosters and it fits us with plenty of room. Great little car!

A good car but needs some adjustments for 08-09

This car lacks alot for being a entry level car but it is entry level. The suspension goes around smooth corners fairly easily but add a few poot holes and you're in for a rough ride. In my opinion the 08-09 yaris needs a tighter suspension. I'm 6'6" and I need a car that has both head room and leg room. When I first saw the toyota yaris I didnt think much of it but after driving it for a little while it rides smooth under 70, doesnt take rough corners too well but for a new couple looking to take a road trip or two this car has deffiently got what you need. The back seat though small in size is comfurtable, the front seats are comfurtable before 4.5 hours on the road. Gas millage isnt an issue but when the 10 gallon tank hits a quarter gas milage seems to go down a little. The stock Toyota Yaris tops out at 115 but add a few accessories and youll find out this car isnt ment for speed. As far as value goes, for the price its good car.

Yaris Sedan 2007

I have had my car for almost 2 years in March, I love it when it is just me. Everyone else that rides with me complains that the seats arent comfortable and the space is too small in the backseat. I rode in the backseat and YES it is small and you can BARELY fit 3 people back there in comfort. But I love the appearance they way the radio and the whole middle console is made. Do wish that the cup holders were a lil different and wish there were bigger compartments to hold things. But all in all with MPG! It is wonderful!!! But I think If I had to re-choose I would take the new 2009 Corolla for the space.
